It is crazy times. Thank you for your continued support and patience. Here is a detailed update of everything Covid and freight related impacting our business.
Friday 22 Oct 2021: Temporary closure of our Distribution Centre due to close contact.
We have been advised that one of our team in our distribution centre is a close contact of a COVID-19 case, as such all team members who may have come into contact with our team member are required to isolate until they have returned a negative test result.
This means our Friday shifts today will not be able to operate.
We are currently working closely with the Ministry of Health on next steps. With additional safety measures and controls in place, the Ministry of Health have advised that it is likely affected team will be able to return to work on Tuesday the 26th of October and the shifts to resume as normal at that time. This is an unsettling time for those directly affected, and all our team. Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our people. We will continue to work with health officials to ensure we’re able to protect our people’s safety and wellbeing at all our sites.
As a result of the temporary closure of our shifts and the additional safety procedures, there will be a delay in sending orders. No orders will be sent today Friday, we are hopeful we will be sending out orders again on Monday but this is more likely to be Tuesday. There will be delays when we come back as we catch up with orders.

While Couriers are still warning of delays we are finding delivery times have improved a lot. Couriers are still advising to expect delays of up to 1 working days outside of Auckland and up to 5 working days within Auckland. But we are hearing many customers now receiving orders more in line with normal deliveries. Please be patient the couriers are trying their best. There is nothing we can do from our end to speed this up. If your order has not arrived outside of those times please contact NZ Post or us at email@example.com We will do all we can to help, but if your order is still within those delivery times we will not be able to have NZ post raise an enquiry at this stage.
Stock Update: Large shipment arriving on 15 November.
Finally! After 4 months or our orders not being able to be shipped we have managed to get all of our stock from 4 months of orders booked onto the same ship arriving 15 November. We had to break down containers to get individual pallet spots, but managed to get them all on the same ship. Its a direct ship with no stops in between and the ship is expected to arrive 15 November..
We still have lots of great products in stock, see what's in stock here, if there's something you want we recommend grabbing it fast! Nearly everything else is arriving into port on 15 November. You can click "notify when available" on products you are waiting for to be sent an email or text when they arrive into stock, it works really well.
