Returns and Damages

 

We want you happy.  If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, un-damaged and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

 

  1. Email us at info@prodi.co.nz with your name, the reference number for the your purchase, and what you would like to return.  We will send you a return number to put when you send it your return.

 

  1. Send the item back, return freight is at your cost. Please end any returns well packaged to:

We may get damaged items sent to a different address such as one of the team in Christchurch to inspect and to insure they are not accidentally put back into stock.

 

 

If the above steps have been taken, we will process your refund automatically to the payment method you used for the purchase when the goods are receipted back into our warehouse stock. 

We are unable to refund to a different payment method than what was used for the initial purchase, as your payment details are secure and locked to protect you and us for security risks and fraud.
