Convertible Top Kit - Clean and Protect (Choose your cleaner and protector)

We have three options here, our more widely used Convertible top cleaner, Nonsense a great all purpose cleaner very good for cleaning nearly any surface including convertible top's it has no residue, no fragrance, no colour. And Lightning Fast, recommended when the top is quite dirty, this is also useful as a stain extractor and for cleaning carpers and fabrics not just convertible tops. If unsure choose Nonsense.
Recommended Protectants:
Fabric-Guard is a very effective convertible top and fabric cleaner. Hydrothread is a newer Ceramic fabric protectant. Both work very well, Hydrothread will have more ceramic like water beading. Both can be layered with multiple coats for longer protection.
We normally place monthly orders with the factory to replenish the full range and ensure we have everything in stock, however the factory is facing shortages of raw materials so is not always able to send everything that we order. These options though should give you more flexibility and keep you able to make your ride took and feel great! Thanks for your understanding and your support.

HOW TO CLEAN AND PROTECT CONVERTIBLE TOPS
Everyone loves having a convertible car. Cruising along the beach with the top down, wind streaming through your hair, it’s as good as it gets. However, many people simply do not know how to care for their convertible soft tops. These soft tops can get quite dirty from pollution, contamination and water damage. This causes the convertible tops to deteriorate, fade in color and lose their OEM look. Follow these simple steps to clean and protect your convertible top!
FIRST, CLEAN WITH CONVERTIBLE TOP CLEANER
STEP 1
Spray Convertible Top Cleaner, Nonsense or Lightning Fast directly on the convertible top. Allow it to sit for a second to saturate and emulsify any dirt or grime. The advanced cleaning formula is safe on fabric, vinyl, synthetic convertible soft tops, and tonneau covers.
STEP 2
Take a Convertible Top Brush and gently scrub the product into the top to remove any contamination and dirt. You may also spray the product directly on to the brush as well for added cleaning power.
STEP 3
Use a microfiber towel to wipe away dirt, grime, and excess product. Now that the surface has been cleaned, time to to protect it.
THEN, PROTECT WITH CONVERTIBLE TOP PROTECTANT, OR HYDROTHREAD CERAMIC FABRIC PROTECTANT
It is important to protect your convertible top because water, pollution, and other contaminants can seep into it and cause it to deteriorate. Fabric Guard & Convertible Top Protectant or Hydrothread adds a layer of protection that prevents water and other pollutants from seeping into the top and damaging it over time. The protectant’s hydrophobic properties bead water right off to prevent mold from forming thus keeping your top fresh as can be!
STEP 4
Gently mist Fabric Guard & Convertible Top Protectant or Hydrothread on to the soft top and allow it to cure for 15-20 minutes. This will protect the soft top from pollution, harsh elements and gives it a nice water-resistant barrier. A second coat can be added for enhanced protection if desired.
Orders before 1pm usually ship same day. Freight is
normally overnight to the North Island, 2 Days South Island, longer for
rural delivery.
Please check your delivery address is correct at checkout as your computer
may have saved an old address. If the courier needs to know something, please
add it to the notes box at checkout. A lot of our systems are automated so the
address and notes will flow through to the courier label.
Freight is flat rate $4.50 NZ wide, FREE on
orders over $70.
We normally use Courier Post, we find them very good.
Adding to orders: just placed an order and you realise you
forgot something? No problem - just order the extra items in a new order, pay
the freight, for now and as long as the first order hasn’t shipped we'll refund
you the freight - just reply to the extra order confirmation email with
"add to order and refund freight please" and we'll sort it out!
In these crazy times we and the couriers may have times of dela, but this doesn’t
happen often. We have good processes and
a great team who will try real hard as we know you want your order fast. If
there is an issue with a courier we will sort it, just let us know. We build
our business on happy customers coming back so we'll do all we can to help if
anything goes wrong. If a courier has
lost an order we normally resend it and then deal with the courier for you, you
don’t have time to deal with that.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, only physical addresses. We do not ship
internationally or to freight forwarders.
